OUR GUARANTEE
BREEDER'S WARRANTY
The dog mentioned in the contract is guaranteed against all so-called hereditary diseases, up to three (3) years, or thirty-six (36) months. If a hereditary disease should occur, an official written report from a veterinarian must be provided. The breeder must be notified quickly and reserves the right to carry out a second opinion by the veterinarian of his choice. If there is confirmation of the hereditary disease, the buyer will have two (2) choices:
-
The animal will be returned to the breeder with all its papers and replaced by an available dog or another puppy of equivalent quality in a future litter.
-
The buyer keeps the dog (if he has a good quality of life despite the illness) and the breeder will reimburse him half of the value of a puppy without breeding rights. No other amount can be claimed from the seller.
In the event of death of the animal, the buyer must prove at his own expense, by examination and autopsy, that the death was due to a hereditary cause. The validity of the guarantee may be evaluated at this time. If this is the case, the buyer will be able to choose a new available puppy or a first choice from the next litter.
Any parasitic or accidental illnesses or health problems are not covered by the warranty.
A change of owner of the animal without informing the breeder automatically cancels the guarantee and the contract.
Any problem due to the buyer's negligence or failure to follow this contract automatically voids the warranty.
